The Process

Two Clear Paths

What happens next depends on whether your auto policy includes rental reimbursement coverage.

  1. Contact your insurer

Call your insurance agent or claims department to confirm your options for a rental under your policy.

  2. File your claim

Let your insurer know you need a replacement vehicle from Enterprise.

  3. Confirm the booking

Your insurer will usually book the vehicle or connect you with Enterprise and confirm billing details.

  4. Pick up your rental

Many insurance companies have Enterprise bill them directly, so there is less for you to handle.
